 A great way to contain your budget is to limit your bar. Most of your guests are going to drink wine, beer, or sodas. If you choose some cool varieties of wine , a couple of craft brews and then add a color coordinated specialty drink as a 'signature' cocktail (named after you, of course) everyone will be happy, especially the people paying the bar tab!

Love the cocktail named after you idea! And limiting your bar is also a great idea...as long as you have beer, wine, soda and of course the signature cocktail, no one will even notice!
