Monday Monday; Pop the Cork!

If you're doing a Champagne toast for your wedding and providing the sparkling wine, here are our best tips;
-a champagne flute will be totally full enough filled to one third
-you'll get ten glasses from every bottle
-get something just okay for the toast; many people won't drink it at all, some won't know if it's good or bad, and those who love Champagne won't really care; they know it's for a toast.  If you love it yourself and want to offer it at the bar, get something nice that you'll enjoy.

Verdi
Segura Vindas
Frexinet Brut
Korbel Brut

-most Prosecco will cost less
-sparkling Moscato will do too, especially pink!
