No, not by doing a cash bar (ewwww) or a dry wedding (even ewwww-er) but by limiting what you serve. Two or three beers (regular, light and one seasonal craft beer), a red wine, a white wine and a signature cocktail (named after you of course) will keep everyone happy. A Prosecco bar, with iced bottles, garnishes and juices, is a nice touch too, and none of it will cost you a fortune. Which is one of the wedding budget goals, right? Cheers!
