You don't have to have the fix in's for every drink possible. Cutting costs can be as simple as limiting the bar. Offer a few kinds of beer, a white and red wine, a Sangria, and maybe a signature drink or two that you can mix up in batches ahead of time. Add some fun garnishes and you're good to go. And your wedding budget will thank you!
