Yes, June and October are the most popular wedding months, and they are gorgeous, but if you consider March or November, you'll find that your wedding budget goes a LOT farther! The biggest chunk of that wedding budget is going to go to your venue and/or catering bill; many, many venues slash their prices and minimums for the 'off' seasons. You may also find that other services (dj's, photographers, your New Jersey Wedding officiant) offer lower prices or enhanced packages. It's definitely worth considering a winter wedding if it will save you money! (And you may find that more of your treasured guests can make it!)
