
When you start to talk about dollars, wedding reception wise, sometimes less is more. But you CAN have twice as much flavor for (usually) less money. Ask your venue if you can offer a duet entree instead of a choice at the tables. This should cut down a bit on staff, it will make service faster, and your guests can trade back and forth! It saves you from keeping track of who ordered what (which no one remembers anyway) so the only guests that need special attention are your vegetarians or people with allergies. This all should translate into less money.
